This is a very popular course. The aim of this course is to teach you the correct methods to fit a wide variety of lock types.

- How to use both traditional and modern methods
- How to use the mortice jig
- How to use the correct hand and power tools safely
The concept behind these courses is to offer each trainee maximum individual attention where required, enabling them to develop their skills and techniques.
The structure of the course enables students to observe the necessary skills and then carry them out themselves using materials and tools supplied by us.
In order to assist you in establishing your business, course notes and contacts of specialist lock and tool suppliers will be provided (including catalogues), for you to take away. We can also provide you with contact names and phone numbers of large companies that may wish to provide you with work on a sub contract basis.
