Just had to drop you a line to say a great big "THANK YOU" for your training course to my Messrs Mike Benson and Ray Wolman; the feedback has been no less than a course of EXCELLENCE. You are obviously a true professional. most dedicated and a hard worker.
Mike 'B', who has refused numerous other courses, has been requesting such a course regularly, during his appraisals; Ray, a newer technician went along to support his colleague. You have won total respect from both. Well done - you're a credit to the profession.

Thank you for two technicians returning to work with such enthusiasm and motivation. No doubt we will be sending more technicians (and hopefully myself!) in the future.

Dear Chris,

Having just completed your two day course I felt compelled to write thanking you for the opportunity to delve into the world of a locksmith. Your professionalism throughout both days along with your unique teaching technique made for a very interesting, eye-opening weekend. The hospitality shown to all three students made for an easy atmosphere, which then enabled us to make the most of your knowledge within this field. Although I know your reputation will always show your true wealth, I would not hesitate in recommending you should anyone doubt the content of your course. After reflection (and due to current circumstances) I will continue top practice the skills shown to me with my current employer and then at a later date maybe take things a step further, who knows?
